Grand Cayman Group Incentive Trip Itinerary – February 2020
There is so much to see and do in Grand Cayman, both on land and in the depths of the blue sea. You can take a jeep excursion around the island, explore the ocean in a submarine, shop in designer stores, or play a round of golf with stunning vistas.
This past February, our client rewarded their top performers with a group incentive trip to Grand Cayman! 140 Team Members and their guests enjoyed 5 days/4 nights at the Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa which offered three distinct gourmet dining options, boundless beach activities, a large fitness center, two seaside pools, a luxurious spa and lush gardens.
One of our favorite excursions during this incentive trip was a private group catamaran sail to Stingray City. We departed the resort in the morning, boarded our three private catamarans and enjoyed breakfast burritos, fruit and baked goods as we made our way to the sandbar. Upon arrival, we anchored all of the vessels next to one another and spent the morning meeting and feeding the gorgeous and mystical rays! As we made our way back to the mainland, the boat crew turned up the music and opened the bar as guests breathed in the sunshine and fresh salt air.

Day One
Team members arrived in Grand Cayman and were transported to the Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa where they each received a welcome gift of Maui Jims sunglasses. They were also treated to a welcome cocktail and hors d’oeuvres as they checked into their rooms. The remainder of the day was spent enjoying and exploring the resort and all of the wonderful amenities offered.
Day Two
Team members set sail on their Private Catamarans for breakfast with the stingrays and snorkeling. That evening we celebrated the accomplishments of the incentive trip winners (our client’s MVP’s) with an elaborate Caribbean buffet, open bar and Super Bowl Party! We rented the island’s largest LCD screen and placed it on the beach next to the ocean for our private viewing.
Days Three & Four
Free days. Some spent the days papering themselves at the Spa, sipping cocktails at one of the resort pools and exploring the island, while others signed up for one of the many adventures Grand Cayman offers.
Day Five – Departure Day
